Cancellation Policy
Accepting accommodation by telephone, e-mail or in writing means you have entered into a legally
binding contract with us. However, we know that there are times when a booking may need to be
cancelled. If we are given enough notice, we can often fill cancelled rooms so that there should be
only a small administration charge for cancellation. But we would advise you to let us know as
soon as possible, as this increases the likelihood of filling your reserved room(s).
If you cancel your booking
more than 14 days prior to arrival and we are able to re-let your room(s) we will charge a £5 administration fee. However, if we cannot do so, then your deposit becomes nonreturnable.
less than 14 days prior to arrival we will retain your deposit.
less than 48 hours before arrival, and we re-let your room, we will retain your deposit. If we are unable to re-let your room, we will charge for your first night’s accommodation.
We will charge the whole amount due for your first night’s accommodation in the event of a ‘non
arrival’.
We also advise you to take out travel insurance, so that you may recover any cancellation charge in
the event of a charge being levied.
Busy Season Ahead
The season has got off to a great start, even the weather is being kind to us! We still have some availability for July and August but it is going fast. So if you want to avoid the Olympics this year, why not book a few days break at Torlinnhe? We gaurantee we won't mention sport if you don't!
