Cyclists in the Outdoor Capital

Come to the ‘Outdoor Capital of the UK’ and cycle quiet roads and unending forest tracks.  There are trails that last just a couple of hours to longer ones to the most westerly mainland point of the British Isles.  You’ll pass through friendly crofting townships and along the shores of great sea lochs along the way.  Check out the Ride Fort William and the Forestry Commission Scotland websites for routes and local cycle hire.

Snow boarder at Nevis Range

Put on your warm winter gear, travel up the Mountain Gondola at The Nevis Range for great skiing and snowboarding.  You could even try skibiking, a cool, safe and fun way to enjoy the snow (selected weeks only).  Alternatively try Glencoe Mountain for spectacular views.

For a wild, exciting and memorable day out, check out Highland Activities.
